AFM-100 Multi-Stress Test System:

The Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Multi-Stress Test System is a new generation of multifunctional automatic control testing equipment designed specifically for autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and plates. The design of the mainframe and auxiliary tools of the test machine draws on advanced German technology, with beautiful appearance, easy operation, stable and reliable performance.

The computer system controls the rotation of the servo motor through the controller and the speed control system, and drives the moving beam to rise and fall through the precision screw pair after deceleration by the deceleration system, completing various mechanical performance tests such as tensile, compression, bending, and shearing of the specimen. It is pollution-free, low in noise, high in efficiency, and has a very wide speed regulation range and beam moving distance. The machine is also widely used in material inspection and analysis in the construction and building materials, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, wire and cable, rubber and plastic, textile, home appliances and other industries. The machine has a fully digital servo speed regulation system with high speed regulation accuracy and stable performance, and a servo motor as the driving system.
