Product Description
The multi-stress testing machine for autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, plates, steel bars and mortar is a new generation of multifunctional automatic control testing equipment designed specifically for autoclaved aerated concrete blocks and plates. The design of the mainframe and auxiliary tools of the testing machine draws on the advanced technology of Germany, with beautiful appearance, convenient operation, stable and reliable performance. The computer system controls the rotation of the servo motor through the controller and the speed control system, and drives the moving beam to rise and fall through the precision screw pair after deceleration by the deceleration system, completing various mechanical performance tests such as tensile, compression, bending, and shearing of the specimen. It is pollution-free, low in noise, high in efficiency, and has a very wide speed regulation range and beam moving distance. The machine is also widely used in material inspection and analysis in the construction and building materials, aerospace, machinery manufacturing, wire and cable, rubber and plastic, textile, home appliances and other industries. It is an ideal testing equipment for scientific research institutions, universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration and other departments.
The machine has a fully digital servo speed control system with high speed control accuracy and stable performance, and a servo motor as the drive system. The controller is the core of the control system. The control and data processing software of the computer operation interface realizes the screen display of the test force, test force peak, beam displacement, test deformation and test curve. All test operations can be completed automatically on the computer through the mouse. Good humanized design makes the test operation easier. Combining the above technologies, the machine can achieve almost perfect closed-loop control of test force, deformation and displacement parameters, and can achieve constant stress, constant strain, constant displacement and other control modes, and can switch smoothly between various control modes.
The machine fully meets the requirements of the national standards GB/T 11969-2020 "Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Performance Test Method" and "GB 15762-2020 Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Board". At the same time, it can perform tests and data processing according to GB, ISO, JIS, ASTM, DIN and multiple standards provided by users, and has good scalability.
