Laboratory digital viscometer is a precision instrument used to accurately measure the viscosity of liquids (or semi-fluids). It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, petroleum, material science and other fields. It uses digital technology to achieve rapid and accurate viscosity detection and provide key data for experimental research, quality control and process optimization.

Measurement range: Different models cover 1 - 10 7 mPa.s (different rotors and speeds are required. The higher the viscosity, the larger the rotor + lower the speed is usually used);
Accuracy and repeatability: The accuracy is generally ±1% - ±5% (depending on the model), and the repeatability is ≤0.5% - 2%, which meets the laboratory-level measurement requirements;
Speed control: The rotational viscometer can adjust the speed (such as 5 - 1000 rpm) and adapt to different characteristic liquids by changing the shear rate (such as non-Newtonian fluids need to measure the "viscosity-shear rate" relationship);
Rotor system: A variety of rotors are standard (such as rotors 1 - 4, with different diameters/lengths), selected according to the sample viscosity (large rotors are used for high viscosity), and some models support custom rotor calibration.
